By accessing or using KDPFlow (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KDPFlow is an AI-powered platform that generates children's book content for Amazon KDP publishing, including story writing, illustration generation, cover design, and PDF assembly.

3. Account & Access

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

The Service offers subscription plans and credit packs. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Generated Content Ownership

All books, stories, illustrations, and covers generated through the Service belong to you. You retain full ownership and commercial rights to use the generated content, including publishing on Amazon KDP or any other platform.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Do not resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated content will be error-free, factually accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KDPFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits or publishing delays.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
